This is purely a matter of taste. The best way to understand is to try many different varieties, making your own preference map.

As a reminder:

Black tea is usually more tart, with nutty, floral and fruity notes in the flavor. The color of the infusion ranges from copper-red to dark brown.
Green tea is light, herbal, with floral and honey notes. The color of the infusion can vary from light golden to bright yellow.

Black tea can be safely poured with boiling water, while green tea is brewed with water no higher than 70-80 °C. Otherwise, you will be left without such valuable vitamins and antioxidants.

Tradition suggests a long insistence of tea in a teapot. Then the drink is drunk, diluting it with hot water. From the point of view of titsters, this method is not ideal, but it is not bad for black varieties. But with green varieties, it is always better to use the spillage method - this way you will not spoil the tea with boiling water and will preserve the maximum beneficial properties of the drink.

Spring water: it needs to be tested

It is not for nothing that the Chinese preferred to draw water for tea from high mountain springs - there it is much less in contact with the soil and therefore does not have time to saturate with minerals, and therefore has a softer structure. With water from an ordinary well or spring you should not count on this. Most often the same problem is observed here as with mineral water - the water is too hard. For this reason, well and spring water should be tested regularly to be sure of its mineralization level.

Minerals themselves are neither good nor bad. They can be a useful additive, and can overload the body. Not without reason, all mineral waters are usually divided into table and therapeutic. The first have a low concentration of active substances and are acceptable in the daily menu, the second is not recommended to drink without a doctor's appointment.Tea made with such water, on the one hand, gets more astringent taste and unpleasant bitterness, and on the other hand - turns out "flat", inexpressive, because the mineral salts prevent the release of aromatic substances. In addition, brewing with mineral water reduces the amount of antioxidants in the finished tea: catechins oxidize very quickly, losing their useful properties.

It would seem that the water from the cooler can not be faulted: it usually has an ideal degree of mineralization. However, there is also a problem. On average, the cooler maintains a temperature of 90-95 degrees, and this is great for oolong, karkade and some other tisanes, but bad for black tea and puerh, which require 100% boiling water. And it is completely unacceptable for green and white tea, which are brewed with water no higher than 75-85 °C.

Tisanes can help to gently reduce blood pressure - someone will feel better after just one cup. However, it is still not worth counting on an instant effect. Most studies consider the positive effects of phyto tea in the long term. For the drink to work, it must be drunk daily for several months. In this case, according to scientists, the pressure can normalize, and the risk of hypertension - reduce by an average of 10%. So, what types are considered particularly useful.
Carcade stands on the first place among the tisanes that reduce blood pressure. It gently dilates blood vessels, because of which blood flow improves. This is confirmed by a 2019 Iranian study published in the Journal of Advanced Pharmaceutical Technology. The participants of the experiment drank two cups of carcade tea every morning for a month, which led to a significant reduction in blood pressure. This effect is due to anthocyanin and other antioxidants that are beneficial to blood vessels.
Chamomile tea, similar to hibiscus tea, relaxes blood vessels. The drink is known to calm the nerves, has a mild sedative effect, and relieves tension and anxiety. And when the body relaxes, heartbeats slow down and blood pressure decreases.
Ginger tea is a blood thinner. A 2017 Chinese study found that those who consumed ginger daily had a reduced risk of hypertension. Although the study did not specifically look at ginger tea, drinking this beverage may still be beneficial for hypertensive individuals.

Oolong, black tea and green tea all contain caffeine, which can raise blood pressure. A cup of black tea has about 70 mg, while green tea has about 40 mg. The least amount of caffeine in oolong is 30 mg. However, in addition to caffeine, there are other substances in the composition of drinks that are useful for hypertensives. Black tea contains thearubigins and theaflavins. These substances give the infusion a reddish hue, astringent flavor, and also reduce blood pressure. This happens by relaxing the blood vessels. Daily tea drinking helps strengthen the heart and normalize cholesterol. A 10-year Swedish health study of 74,961 participants found that four or more cups of black tea a day reduced the risk of stroke by 21%. 

Green tea is packed with antioxidants that increase blood flow and have a positive effect on blood pressure. In addition, the beverage is known to reduce the intensity of inflammation in heart tissue.
